Botany: Feeling Today

I know I don't talk about it enough, but as much as I'm into pretty girls wearing sweet white dresses and creative designers making videos for their collections, I'm really really into music! I read music blogs all the time. I'm always getting emails regarding fashion, but I've never received one about music. You can imagine my surprise when I opened this email from Western Vinyl in Austin, TX featuring a track from Botany's upcoming EP, Feeling Today.

To make it even better, I actually loved the track! I raced over to Gorilla vs. Bear since they're usually my first source for music, and I didn't find anything on the band. One day later and Botany's the greeting face of the blog! Enough said. Watch out for Botany.

This is sooo sooo sooo beautiful, melts my heart in to a billion pieces and brings back a whole bunch of memories. I love The Sandwitches, and I miss Dumbo. You have to watch this if you're a mama, or if you have a mama!

The Zombies- Summertime

I've lost count of how many times I've watched this video this summer. I've been obsessed with this song in all it's many versions ever since I can remember, but most of all, I love what The Zombies did with it. I plan on using it in a video whenever the time is right.
