Alexandra Grecco's Spring Film

Completely mesmerized by this magical Spring 2011 collection film from Alexandra Grecco. Her designs are just divine. Hannah, Mandy, Alisa, and Tara are beautiful, and Dan Eastbrook is an amazing director. It's one giant step back in time.

Steve Alan for Spring

I thought this Steven Alan video for Spring 2011 was super adorable and sooo stylish. I wish I could say more, but if I do, I may miss my flight to New York! Found via Refinery 29.

A 1930's Trending Forecast

I thought this was amusing. It's just a few 1930's designers opinions on what they think will be the trendy designs in the year 2000 A.D.!

God Ain't Gonna Put It In Your Lap

This is without a doubt my favorite short video ever found. It embodies everything I love about fashion, film, history, and women. It celebrates women and all the changes we've gone through from 1900 to the present. It gives me chills, and I only wish I'll ever be able to create a piece with such emotion. It features several memorable quotes throughout history, and once again, the amazing work of Maximilla Lukacs and Sarah Sophie Flicker.

Erin Featherston's Dollhouse

My life's dreams will be complete when I get done with film school and start slaving over 5-10 minute long videos that are equally as whimsical as anything Erin Featherston has ever put her face behind. It doesn't matter who directs them, they all carry a very pretty and childlike aesthetic that makes my heart flutter.

Lula Magazine: Spell

I know this made the blog rounds when it came out last year, but I always like to revisit things once the hype clears. Something about the hype gives me anxiety!

Oh, Sophia.

Yeah, yeah. I know we've all probably seen this already, but I love Sophia Coppola's work so much and can't quit watching this trailer. Such a simple plot with such imaginative scenes. I seriously melt every time I see the underwater tea party.  ♥

Plus she always brings to The Strokes back to my mind just like her Marie Antoinette trailer.  I love this slower version of 'I'll Try Anything Once'.
